Peak Season - April 1 through September 30
- $160 per night plus tax (10.4%)
- 5 night minimum, 7th night is free
Off Season - October 1 through March 31
- $120 per night plus tax (10.4%)
- 3 night minimum, 7th night is free
Inquire about extended stays
Rates are to be paid in advance in addition to a $100 security deposit which will be returned within 30 days after your stay. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to rental (with a $25 booking fee). Cancellations less than 14 days prior to rental may be accommodated if the house can be re-rented. No smoking or pets permitted.
