Rates are to be paid in advance in addition to a $100 security deposit which will be returned within 30 days after your stay. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to rental (with a $25 booking fee). Cancellations less than 14 days prior to rental may be accommodated if the house can be re-rented. No smoking or pets permitted. |
